Deb Evans' public relations and marketing services are flexible and completely customized to your needs. Custom quotes can be provided for your specific needs, but below are some popular services with related fees. Scroll down for more details about how our fees are charged.

Introduction and Initial Consultation - FREE

This complimentary consultation is your opportunity to tell me about your business, including your goals, dreams, and struggles. Once I know more about where you are and what you need, then I can best advise you how my services (and specifically which ones) could best help you get there!

PR Check-Up - starts at $450

in-depth analysis of your current marketing efforts, including your website and social media, your competitors, prospects and clients. Includes an introductory Action Plan and a detailed Proposal for how I can help you achieve your goals.

Web-Site Check-Up - $500

Includes a written evaluation of your website with suggestions for improvement, a list of recommended keywords, SEO tags for your website and up to 250 words of SEO  copy with advice on how to incorporate into your website (fee does not include the actual updating or design of your website. This can be arranged separately if needed).

Social Networking/Blog Management Campaign - Project Set-up Fee + Monthly Retainer Agreement Required, starts at $550/month for copywriting and social media distribution (add'l distribution will incur a distribution fee)

Are you taking advantage of social networking? Blogs, Facebook, Twitter? The benefits are huge, but, let's face it - it's time consuming, confusing, and incredibly distracting. By outsourcing your social networking online media campaign, you can reap the benefits without the hassle. I will be your company's advocate throughout the social media community, coordinating promotions, writing copy, and communicating with your audience on your behalf. A Social Networking Campaign includes ongoing consultation with you to make sure the campaign reflects YOU and your goals, developing an online media strategy, set-up of your profiles (if necessary), ongoing writing of blog posts, statuses, etc., monitoring of online mentions about you and your company with appropriate follow-up if needed, and promotion of your blog.  

COPYWRITING - starts at $250

Copywriting services include press releases, brochure copy, web page copy, email copy, newsletter copy, ad copy, feature articles, company history narrative, bios, case studies, and more. Deb's writing experience is extensive and varied.  (all copywriting fees are charged on a project basis (estimating the probable number of hours needed, including necessary research,  at least one email or telephone interview, and 1-2 edits, depending on the scope of the project). Please note your first article or news release will include time/fees for research; add'l writing on the same topic would include a discount if add'l research is not necessary.

Press Kit - $750

Written Press Kit in PDF format, including your personal bio, business backgrounder, 1-2 product releases, and a portrait headshot and/or one product photograph (jpeg format)

Media Relations / Press Release Distribution

Online Mass News Release Distribution (online and traditional media) - starts at $500

Social Media Distribution - starts at $50

Local Media Relations - starts at $75

PHOTOGRAPHY

Portrait Headshots/Event Photography / Product Photography - $200/hour, INCLUDES the digital files for your unlimited use. One hour minimum. Billed in 1/2 hour increments after the first hour.

About our Fees

Hourly Rate

Hourly Rate for PR Work - $75; Hourly Rate for Photography - $200 (includes digital files)

Project Fees

Most one-time assignments are billed on a project basis. You will receive a quote once I receive the parameters of the project. The quote will be for the complete project, based on an estimated number of hours required for the project, using the above hourly rate.  Project fees are due 50% upon assignment of the project with the remainder due upon completion of the project.

Ongoing Retainer Fees

Clients who commit to a monthly retainer agreement (minimum six months) for ongoing public relations and marketing services are billed at a reduced hourly rate of $55. Your retainer fee is paid at the beginning of the month for which work is contracted and entitles you to a set amount of hours of service. (Actual services will vary according to your Action Plan, but will be consistent month to month. (For example, a $550 monthly retainer entitles you to ten hours of service a month.) If additional hours are needed in a month for a special project, then you will be billed for those at the end of the month and it will be applied to the next month's regular retainer.

Monthly retainer agreements are the best and most economical option for companies contracting ongoing social media copywriting and management (blog writing, posting on Facebook & Twitter for you, a monthly email or print newsletter, client relations, ongoing media relations, etc.) This gives you ongoing PR expertise and support with less investment than hiring a staff employee.

 
Expenses

Direct expenses incurred by Debbie Evans and approved by you in relation to your project will be billed at the end of the month.

 Payment Policy

We accept checks payable to Deb Evans or credit cards. Monthly retainers are due on the 1st or 15th of the month, depending on when work begins. Project fees are due 50% upon assignment of the project and the remainder due upon completion of the project. All invoices are due within five days of the billing date. A 10% late fee will be due on overdue invoices. A bounced check fee of $35 will apply to any checks returned by the bank.
