Our goal is to always be worthy of the trust you place in us to capture tomorrow's memories today, and create art that you will treasure for a lifetime. If your portrait budget does not allow for a custom portrait session, Deb would still love to work with you. We offer several special, portrait events throughout the year, featuring "mini" sessions and discounted portrait collections with no minimum order requirements. Portrait Commissions You commission your portraits by choosing one of the following session options.
DIGITAL PORTRAIT SESSIONS - include the digital image files!
Your fee pays for your photographer's time and talent, PLUS you will receive the digital image files to all of your enhanced and lightly retouched images! Print them, share them, post them to Facebook, use them in your Christmas card, birth announcement, etc. Digital sessions are best for families that know they want a variety of images from their session, who desire more control over their images, and who desire faster turnaround. Deb Evans retains copyright of all images she creates, however, you are granted unlimited personal reproduction rights to your images. You may order your choice of prints and other products, although there is no requirement to do so since you have the digital files. Click here for print/product pricing.
Digital Deluxe
Portrait Session - our best value! -
$495
Your deluxe session includes one - two hours
with your photographer (newborn sessions are usually longer; toddler
sessions are usually shorter) and your choice of backdrops, as well as your
home's natural decor. You may include outdoor poses in your yard, as well.
Includes up to four* subjects with multiple backgrounds and outfit
changes, if desired. Ideal for newborns and babies up to one year, great
for all children, small families, and high school seniors. You will
receive at least 50 images from your session on a custom DVD. You will
also receive a pocket album with 20 of your photographer's favorite
images.

Portrait Session

Your session includes about 30 minutes of shooting time at one outdoor location of your
choice [we have recommendations]. Session includes different
"looks"/settings from one location.
Session includes up to four* subjects. Ideal for toddlers and
preschoolers, as well as families. You will receive about 20 images from
your session emailed to you in a zipped folder.
Digital Mini Portrait
Value Session -
$125 -Offered
2x/year, October and April. Watch for dates to be posted on the
blog.
Your session includes about 15 minutes of shooting time at an outdoor location of the
photographer's
choice; another family will have a mini session scheduled directly before
and/or after your session. You will
receive the digital files of about 1O-20 images from your session.

New! Schedule your own Mini Portrait Day - minimum of 4 pre-paid minis
required, back - to - back. Fun for neighbors and good friends. Make a
party out of it!
*Please add $10 per additional person. (Ask about special offer for "Family Reunion Sessions.") Session fee is due at the time you book your session to reserve your appointment date and time. A travel fee may be required. See below for details.

Portrait Parties - Host a Portrait Party for your friends! You will have fun, plus you and your friends will receive beautiful and professional custom portraits at a discount. Ask for details.
The Fine Print
POLICIES: Session fees must be paid in advance to book your session date and are non-refundable. If you must reschedule your session, please provide 24 hours notice and your fee will be rolled over to the new date. No-shows will not be rescheduled, nor refunded. Sessions are generally scheduled Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Saturday sessions generally book 3-4 weeks in advance. All images include light retouching/enhancements; additional retouching will require an additional fee.
Travel Fee: All sessions are provided on location. I come to you! Mileage is calculated from my home office in Cut-n-Shoot, Texas! Travel up to 25 miles (one way) is included in your session fee. This generally covers Conroe, Lake Conroe, The Woodlands, and most parts of Spring. For travel outside of this area, a travel fee will be charged. 26-50 miles one way - $25, 51-75 miles one way - $50, 76 - 100 miles one way - $100, 100+ miles one way - ask for quote, extended travel may require overnight accommodations. To avoid a travel fee, just schedule your outdoor session at a park location within my travel area.
Guarantee: We will do everything possible to ensure you are thrilled with your portrait experience, however, due to the custom nature of our work, refunds are not available. If you are not happy with your session images, please notify us within 24 hours - we will delete all the images from our session and offer a re-shoot. To ensure your satisfaction, please be sure that our style meets your needs before scheduling your session. BE SURE to download your images and SAVE them to your computer when the link is sent to you. The link expires after two weeks. We recommend saving your images in at least two places [i.e. hard drive and CD or online back-up.] We are not responsible for loss of or damage to your images after you have received them. Because lab quality varies drastically, we cannot guarantee and are not responsible for your satisfaction from prints you receive at a lab. We do guarantee the quality of prints/products that you order through us. Images are regularly purged from our system; therefore, we cannot guarantee their availability in the future.
Referrals: We love our clients!! Next to you, the best thing is your friends and families. Tell them about your experience with Deb Evans Photography and receive a $25 referral credit when they book/complete a session with us. Your credit[s] will be applied to your next session.
Digital Files - Additional Details: When you purchase the digital image files, you will receive a license to reproduce the images for your personal use; however, Deb Evans retains the copyright to all images, including the right to reproduce any and all images on her website and/or advertising/marketing materials. You do not have permission to say you created the images, alter them in any way, enter them in competition, or use for any commercial purpose. You do have the right to print images, reproduce the images on holiday cards or birth announcements and other similar products, email the images (recipients must abide by your usage agreement), share the images online via Facebook, MySpace, and other similar websites. If you are unsure about your usage rights, just ask! You agree to this when you hire Deb Evans Photography.
