The U.S. tax code is so complex that almost no one can file a tax return without making a mistake, according to New York University Law School Professor Deborah Schenk. Between penalties and interest, mistakes can be very costly. And do you really want the hassle and stress of dealing with the IRS?

I have more, but you get the point! I am a registered tax preparer with the IRS, studying for the Special Enrollment Exam to be licensed as an Enrolled Agent (EA). An EA is a federally-authorized tax practitioner enrolled by the U.S. Department of the Treasury to represent taxpayers before all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service for audits, collections, and appeals. This special federal license will allow me to offer the best services to my clients. So if you have an idea for a new business, this could be your time. Are you already self-employed and would like to grow your business? The opportunities are there, but you have to be smart!

Ordinary small businesses fail within 3-5 years; most fail due to poor financial management and planning.

Don't let that be you. Don't be ordinary.  Be extraordinary.

We will then scan and save them for you in a digital format. We can email you the .pdf or keep them in an automated system. (We do not keep hard copies of your documents and will return or destroy at your request.)
